wow. I had no idea. welp. that just makes all this that much better! and weirder.

I learned from Madam Winchester (yes that Winchester) via the History Channel that doors and halls to nowhere are architecturally designed in to confuse hungry ghosts looking, in Winchester's case, for revenge.
